  • What type of payments do you accept?
    • We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
  • Will my card be charged when I order?
    • All customers are charged when the purchase and payments are made successfully.
  • What currency will I be charged?
    • Our built in currency converter will convert our AUD prices to your currency. 
  • Why is the currency showed different from what I was charged?
    • Our platform converts the currency from AUD to other currencies according to the location of the customer's browsing.
  • Can I apply more than one discount code to my order?
    • Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.
  • Why is my discount code not applied to my order?
    • Every discount code is unique, there is a specific requirement at times for discount codes to be applied.
  • The item's price has changed after I purchased, can it be applied to my order?
    • Unfortunately, the initial item's price will apply since there is no ongoing promotion at the time of purchase.
  • When I place an item in my cart, is the item then reserved for any period of time?
    • Placing an item in your cart does NOT reserve it. Available inventory is only assigned after you place an order and you should receive an email confirmation for your order.

SHIPPING

    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • All items (domestic or international orders) will take an estimated 7-21 business days to be processed and delivered.
      • Kindly take note that in certain unpredictable cases, such as customs stops that results in additional delays, we will not be held liable.
      • There will also be expected delays to all shipments during holiday seasons due to the heavy volume of shipments that our shipping partners have to handle.
      • Please note that there could be expected delays in some affected regions due to natural occurrences i.e. hurricanes, etc.
      • We are constantly working on improving our operation and shipping procedures with our shipping partners. We sincerely apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused regarding the shipping time.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
    • Will I be notified of my order's status?
      • Yes! You will receive an email confirmation after you have placed your order, and another one when your order has been shipped out.

    TRACKING

    • How do I track my package?
      • You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link sent to you in your tracking email or clicking the 'Track Your Order' section of our website's Menu Bar.
    • When will my item's tracking number be available?
      • Tracking numbers are usually generated within 2-4 business days and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the courier. *Tracking numbers will be sent via email to our customers*
    • My tracking number is showing "Not Found", should I be worried?
      • No. In some cases, tracking numbers can take 3-7 days to have an updated status. Tracking number without updated information is not an indication of idle parcel or inactivity. Most of the time it means that the shipping company did not update their system on time, even when packages are shipped within the usual time frame.

    • How long does it take to receive a reply to my inquiries?
      • Normally, it takes 24 to 48 hours for our customer service representatives to reply but feel free to send us a follow-up email after 48 hours if you haven't heard anything from us.
    • Am I entitled to a replacement if the item is damaged?
      • Yes! Upon receiving the item, customers have 48 hours after the delivered date to request for a replacement. If the item's defect is deemed valid, we will send another replacement to you free of charge.
    • Is there any exception to my right to a refund?
      • Yes, certain items are non-refundable by nature. If the product has been used, returns will not be accepted.
    • How do I cancel an item(s)/order?
      • Order contents cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be canceled or changed in any way once they have been processed.
      • Shipping information can be edited within the first 12 hours after you place the order.
    • Can I get a refund for my order?
      • Our return policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any orders after 7 days.
